About the event
This course is designed to help prepare junior high and high school students for a world that requires their extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Students will be required to complete weekly assignments using the tools they have learned in class. Some of these include:
Design a resume
Write a formal letter
Create a flyer or a newsletter for an event
Exposure to MLA versus APA formats
Build a spreadsheet that automatically calculates monthly bills
