About the event

Learn how to write with structure and style. Students will work through the Institute for Excellence in Writing's (IEW) units 5-9 as they learn to take notes, summarize references, write from pictures, and compose their own research papers.  Students will soar through the ancient civilizations of Sumer, Egypt, Israel, Babylon, Greece, Rome, Asia Minor, and Asia.

Best recommended for students in grades 5-7.  Vocabulary and grammar concepts will be introduced. Discover the wonders of the ancient world by learning to write with structure and style!
