About the event

Experience the adventures of the ancient world while learning how to write with structure and style!  Students will work through the Institute for Excellence in Writing's (IEW) units 1-4  as they learn to take notes in a key word outline, write from their notes, retell a narrative story, and summarize a reference. Students will soar through wonders of the ancient world, inventions from Rome, tales from Greece, and stories from Egypt and the Mayans.

Vocabulary and grammar concepts will be included in this course.  A grammar program will be introduced to each student.
